To help protect your account and data, Tripleseat has enabled a 2-Step authentication. Once you have successfully logged into your account with a code, you should not require a Security Code to log in again using that specific browser on that specific device.
If you are asked for a Security code every time you log in, it could be caused by various things:
- Switching browsers: every browser you use requires a Code to log in the first time.
- Browser Mode: Using your browser in Safe, Incognito or Privacy modes will require you to use the Security Code every time. Shut off that mode to correct.
- Browser Settings: Most browsers can be configured to not accept cookies or to delete them when you close the browser. Google your specific browser and "accept cookies" to change your settings to accept cookies.
If you make a change to the browser settings, save your work, close the browser completely and restart it for changes to take affect.
