How do I enable the Waitlist Status?

Only Customer Admins for your account can enable the Waitlist status. Customer Admins can do so by following the steps below:

  1. Log into Tripleseat
  2. Go to Settings and click on Preferences
  3. Scroll past Event Status Rules and check 'Enable Waitlist Status'
  4. Click Update
