I have a Constant Contact, MailChimp, or Personica account: How can I link that to Tripleseat and How often will it sync my Contacts?

If you have the privileges, you can link either Constant Contact, MailChimp, or Personica integrations to Tripleseat by going to Settings > Integrations. Here, you will find the different email campaign integration options. You will toggle 'on' the integration, which will prompt you to enter your login information for that service. When fully integrated, contacts from Tripleseat will automatically sync overnight to your email server. The benefit of integrating with one of our Contact integrations is by populating email information to your email from Tripleseat, will allow you and your team to create email blasts and marketing campaigns.
