Clearing Cookies and Cache or Trying another Browser

If you're experiencing browser issues, you may want to try our recommended browsers for Tripleseat use: Firefox or Chrome. You can also clear your cookies and cache on your browser to see if that resolves the issue you're experiencing:

Chrome:

1) Open Google Chrome
2) Click the 3 dots on the top right-hand corner of your screen
3) Click "Settings" then click "Advanced".
4) Click "Cookies & Site Data" then click "See all cookies and site data"
5) Search for Tripleseat and click "remove all"


Firefox:

1) Open Firefox
2) Click the 3 lines on the top right-hand corner > click "preferences".
3) Click "Privacy & Security" on the left-hand side.
4) Under "cookies & site data" click "manage data".
5) Search for Tripleseat > click "remove all shown".

 

Safari:

1) Open Safari
2) Click the safari button on the top left-hand side of your screen > select "preferences"
3) Click the button that says "privacy"
4) In Cookies & Website Data click "Manage Website Data"
5) Search for "Tripleseat" > click "Remove All".
