Once your Event and Documents are created, you will go to your Docs tab to find your Layouts. At any time, you can select a Layout (such as a Contract) to see what your guest will view.
When ready, you first want to be sure your guest has an email on file under their Contact Information. Next, you will select "Share" next to the layout you wish to share with the guest. You will be prompted to select who the recipients of the email are and choose an email template or type a message using a blank template. Learn how to customize your email templates here!
On this page, you will also have the option of adding other attachments, like pictures of your floor plan, from your file library.
Once you select Send, they will have access to a live link of the Document layout you sent and will have access to their Guest Portal to make payments with a Credit Card integration. You will also notice an "Unshare" option next to the layout, which indicates the layout has been shared with your guest!

Pro Tip: If your guest signs a layout, that layout will automatically save for you within the docs tab of the event! At any time, you will be able to force save a layout if you need to. Keep in mind, these layouts are live links, so any updates you make in your template will update your layout automatically, and in real-time.
