Once your Event is created, you will want to start building a document template to create layouts such as a Contract and BEO.
First, you will go to the Docs tab within the Event and select "Add a Document to this Event"
You will choose the appropriate Template, such as "2021 Contract & Event Order".
Next, you will detail out your event. Your template is made up of Textbox and Picklist fields. You will begin to add items such as Food, Beverage, and Event Notes. Once you have detailed out the information you know at that point in the booking process, you will select "Save". This will produce different layouts for you and your guest to view or event sign once shared.

Pro Tip: You always have the ability to edit or add more information to your document template by selecting the gear button within the Docs tab to select "Edit".
Once you have your documents ready for your guest to view and sign, you will Share your document layout with your guest!
