Notes are super helpful when you want to share information with your team. For example, you may add a note to the calendar as a general reminder or to block off space for a duration of time.
- Navigate to your Calendar Page.
- Find the Day on the Calendar you would like to add a Note to.
- Hover at the top of the day to find the option to "Add Note":
- Once selected, you will be prompted to add your note details:
- You will need to add a Note Title, Date, and Location/Room(s).
- Once filled out, you will choose "Add New Note" and it will appear on your calendar page!
Pro Tip: You have the option to prevent bookings for the duration of the note, repeat the note (i.e. weekly meeting), or even expand over multiple days.
