If you need to refund a credit card payment that was processed using Stripe or Clover Connect (CardConnect) please use the following steps:
- Log into Tripleseat and open the Event that requires the refund
- Click on the Payment tab
- Click the gear icon to the right of the Payment (you can only refund payments that have processed)
- Choose Refund
- In the overlay choose either Full Amount or Partial and enter the partial refund amount
- Press Submit
