How To Edit The Email Signature
- Log into your tripleseat.com account
- Select My Profile at the bottom left corner of your page
- Review your information under my account as this is where the Signature will capture your email and phone number(s) (The default phone number for the signature is Main)
- If you require to add another phone number, click Add another Phone Number and choose the correct label
- Click Update to save any changes if you updated any of your information
- Navigate to the Email Signature tab
- Please Note: The text in between the {{ }} are linked to the information of your profile and locations settings
- To add additional details, place your cursor at the end of the line above where you want to add the detail and hold the Shift button down and press Enter on your keyboard to make a space
- Right-click your mouse in the newly created space and you will see a menu
- Current User allows you to add additional details from your My Settings page such as a Mobile number
- Location Fields allows you to add information from the location the event will be taking place
- To format the text, highlight the text in the signature and use the toolbar to bold, underline, italicize, etc. (we are unable to change the font)
- Click Save at the bottom of the page to save your changes
How To Enable The Email Signature in Discussion Email Templates
- Log into your tripleseat.com account
- Click on Settings
- Click on Discussion Email Templates
- Click Edit to the right of the Email Template you'd like to enable the Signature on
- Add a checkmark next to Allow email signatures
- Click Save
How To Enable The Email Signature in My Profile Email Templates
- Log into your tripleseat.com account
- Click on your name at the top of the page (under Signed in as)
- Click Email Templates
- Click Edit to the right of the Template name
- Add a checkmark next to Allow email signatures
- Click Save
